Our team has seen both sides of the challenge we’re solving, as apprentices working to become skilled, valuable, and competent, and as employers trying to find dependable people and grow a business.

We built Blueprint Trade Solutions to bridge that gap and strengthen the next generation of tradespeople. Our mission is to make it easier for contractors to find reliable talent and for apprentices to build lasting, meaningful careers.
